Community Relations Management
Our Community Relations Management services will consist of the following: Charitable Request Management, Assistance in Creating a Company’s Charitable Identity, Community Event Planning, Creation and Management of Employee Volunteer Programs, the Creation and Distribution of a Monthly Company Charitable Newsletter and Public Relations

Charitable Request Management: We will provide an e-mail address for non-profits, companies and individuals to submit charitable requests. We will perform due diligence on all those making requests and provide reports (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly – depending on the client’s request) that breakdown the requests along with our recommendations on which ones to support. In addition to our recommendations, we’ll make suggestions on better ways you could possibly partner with those making the requests. (We will also provide a PO Box address for written requests to be mailed.)

Creating Charitable Identities: We will meet with each client to assist them in finding their charitable niche. We’ve developed a questionnaire to assist in this department. Once they’ve figured out their focus, we’ll help them create a catchy name for their annual giving campaign in which all of their charitable activities will fall under.  We’ll help create strategic partnerships with local non-profits and other organizations with similar charitable focus to find ways to pool resources to be more effective. Creating a title for all of your charitable activities to be grouped under will improve your brand awareness and make it easier for the community, media and your customers to associate your company with positive work.

Charitable Event Planning: We will help each client to create customized charitable events that support their specified niche. We have years of planning and executing a wide variety of charitable events such as:  summer camps, cooking Thanksgiving dinners for hundreds of underprivileged families, shoe drives for hundreds of homeless men, Christmas Cookout for underprivileged families, school system reward program with pizza parties for hundreds of students and Easter basket drives for less fortunate kids.

Employee Volunteer Programs: We will create and manage volunteer programs that will provide opportunities for employees to volunteer with company affiliated non-profits.  Employees can possibly earn breaks and time off based on number of hours volunteered. We’ll keep detailed volunteer records and include volunteer hours on the company’s community newsletter.

Monthly Community Newsletter: We will create and distribute monthly digital newsletters that contain details about the company’s community involvement. This will include an employee volunteer spotlight for those who go the extra mile. It will also provide information about the non-profits associated with the company and great things they’re doing to help others.

Public Relations: We will assist in getting media coverage for all of your events. This will include creating and distributing press releases/media advisories for all community activities. We'll search for strategic ways to keep the media interested in your company's charitable focus and also nominate you for various community and national awards.
